1. About Resto Rhythm

Resto Rhythm is a restaurant management system comprising a Windows PC application for owners/managers and an Android mobile app for staff. At present, the mobile app works only in conjunction with the PC software installed at your restaurant. We plan to expand features and cross‑platform capabilities in future updates.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Restorhythm Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Restorhythm Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Not Applicable of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Not Applicable of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Restorhythm Enterprises, it'll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

2. Refund Policy

At RestoRhythm, we provide digital software products such as restaurant management and billing systems that are delivered instantly after successful payment. As these are intangible and downloadable digital goods, all purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once payment is completed and access or activation details are delivered, the sale is considered final. We encourage customers to review all product information, features, and demos before making a purchase decision.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental or incorrect order placement
  • Inability to use the software due to customer’s device limitations, internet issues, or lack of technical understanding
  • Any request made after product activation

In exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical billing errors, we will initiate a review process. If verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

As our products are delivered and activated immediately after successful payment, order cancellations are not permitted once the transaction is completed. The software license or access link is automatically issued to the customer’s registered email address within minutes of purchase.
