1. About Resto Rhythm

Resto Rhythm is a restaurant management system comprising a Windows PC application for owners/managers and an Android mobile app for staff. At present, the mobile app works only in conjunction with the PC software installed at your restaurant. We plan to expand features and cross‑platform capabilities in future updates.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within Not Applicable or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Restorhythm Enterprises is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within Not Applicable rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. 2. Nature of Product

All products and services offered through our platform are digitally delivered software. We do not sell or ship any physical goods such as CDs, USB drives, or printed materials. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate digital access to the purchased product through your registered account or email.

Our restaurant management system is a downloadable and web-based software that can be accessed through a secure link or login credentials shared with you post-purchase. The product is designed for instant availability and activation to ensure uninterrupted use for your business.

3. Delivery Method

Upon successful completion of your order and payment verification through our Razorpay payment gateway, our system automatically triggers digital delivery. You will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email: A detailed summary of your purchase, including the name of the product, order ID, and payment details.
  • Access or Download Link or Liecence Key: Depending on the product type, you will receive a link to either download the software or log in to your online account or Liecence Key.
  • Product Activation Information: If your purchase requires activation or setup, instructions will be included in the same email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our digital products are delivered instantly once the payment is successfully processed. In some cases, due to technical reasons such as server delays, verification processes, or high transaction volume, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your access link or activation credentials.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In rare circumstances, digital delivery may fail due to:

If you encounter such an issue, kindly reach out to our support team immediately. Once we verify your payment, we will manually reissue the access details within 24–48 business hours.

6. No Physical Shipping

As our services are fully digital, no physical shipping or courier service is used or required. You will not receive any tangible product by mail. All necessary documentation, invoices, and product-related information are shared electronically via email.
